1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 693jl Casino ("693jl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 693jl website located at https://693jl.net and all associated gaming services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 693jl, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 693jl or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: You must not already hold a registered account with 693jl. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account.

693jl reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at any time. Failure to pass such checks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 693jl gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times;
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity when registering;
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

693jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 693jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 693jl account and not reuse passwords from other services;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 693jl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

693jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 693jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your 693jl account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 693jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 693jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 693jl account holder.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for details.
• 693jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 693jl offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• 693jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or use of automated tools constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the 693jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all products:

• All game outcomes on 693jl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 693jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. 693jl is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 693jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 693jl support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 693jl Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 693jl staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

693jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 693jl players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 693jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 693jl Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 693jl.
• The 693jl name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 693jl Casino. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 693jl Casino and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 693jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 693jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

693jl operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 693jl may escalate their concern to the relevant regulatory authority.
